Bergen Facilitation Collective

About BFC

A community of practice in Bergen

A local home for people developing the craft of facilitation.

Why BFC?

Better collaboration does not happen by accident. The situations we work in are often hard to navigate, full of different perspectives, tensions and ambiguity. We need places where we can engage with that complexity without rushing towards simple answers or premature action.

The Bergen Facilitation Collective is our living laboratory. It is a place to bring what we are grappling with and be surprised by new ways of seeing and relating.

Trust, authenticity and playfulness matter to us. We want this to be a place where people can bring what is unfinished, be met with curiosity and find connection along the way.

What we are building

Two things, and they feed each other:

There are different ways to take part. Responsibility grows through shared practice, trust and commitment over time.
