What is the BFC?
The Bergen Facilitation Collective is a community of practice in Bergen. We are facilitators and process designers who develop our craft in the open, learning with each other and with the groups we work alongside.
Between us, we bring different facilitation traditions, professional backgrounds and decades of experience. We put our own challenges on the table and stay curious about what we do not yet see.
Facilitation helps people think, learn and act together when things are not straightforward. We don't see it as something you master once and then repeat. It stays alive through practice, reflection and learning with others.
